Ordering
• When you place an order, we will send to your registered email address an email from info@hjmstore.co.uk with your unique link to the online designer tool! This process is done some day or soon after you placing an order.
• If you can't find our email with the link, please check your spam/junk folder in case it went there.
• No copyrighted designs/photos are allowed unless you own a license that allows you to print onto physical products or it's a design made by you from scratch.

Returns:
Personalised orders cannot be returned or replaced unless the item arrives faulty or damaged otherwise please contact us within 7 days if there are any issues.
